2023 Group Reservations

Our guests may choose from the freshest seafood, chicken, pasta, specialty low country dishes, and Stockyard Angus beef.  We feature a wide selection of group menus designed to meet your own special taste and budget.


Of course, private dining areas are available.  Our fireplace room and our room near the bar can each accommodate 54 people or less, with a minimum guarantee for 35 guests and our main dining room can seat up to 80 requiring a minimum guarantee of 55 guests.  The private room upstairs accommodates a minimum of 15 guests with a maximum of 34. The private room upstairs has a non-refundable $75 room charge and a $500 food and beverage minimum, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.


Chestnut Hill is open seven days a week from 4:00 PM till. Group reservations are available as early as 3:45 PM every day.  We have limited seating for groups of 35 or more between the hours of 6:00 -7:30 PM Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. During our busy months April - September reservations for large groups are only available between the hours of 3:30 and 5:30 or 7:30 and later. We can accommodate you at any times during the other days of the week.  The private room upstairs is available at all hours.


Choosing Your Menus

You should choose your menu selections at least 7 days prior to your reservation to ensure the availability of all chosen items. Our menu selections are merely suggestions and we are always available to assist you in creating menus to meet your specific tastes.


Guarantees

A GUARANTEED number of guests must be received no later than 7 business days in advance of reservation.  This will be the number prepared and charged for unless exceeded.  If no guarantee is received at the appropriate time, we will assume the expected count to be your guarantee and charges will be made accordingly in regards to the number of people absent.  There will be a minimum $25.00 charge for each absentee. We will allow for 5% absenteeism in good faith of original total.


Deposits/Privacy Room Charge

A NON-REFUNDABLE $150.00 Deposit is required to secure private space for groups of 35 or more downstairs

A NON-REFUNDABLE $75.00 Deposit is required for groups of 34 or less and for the Packhouse upstairs. If a deposit is not received within 2 weeks of reservation request, the space will be released to reserve for another group. Deposit is non-refundable.  


Payment/Group Menu

Payment in FULL is due 2 weeks in advance of your reservation if you have a group menu unless otherwise instructed.  If all money is not received and arrangements have not been made for payment, your reservation may be cancelled.
